PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards, apple and google pay, as well as Klarma and Afterpay.
CUSTOM:
Custom goods cannot be return for any reason. If there is a sizing issue, or the like, please contact us. Additional charges most likely will occur to fix, if we are able to do so.
SHIPPING:
In stock goods ship within 48 hours, business days only. If you have a salt + stone “emergency”, please contact us for overnight shipping pricing.
Domestic:
We ship goods via USPS Priority mail with tracking, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For items over $200 a signature may be required. Once delivered, confirmation will be shared via email.
International:
Salt + Stone selects the best shipping option regarding weight, goods and size. It is our intent to ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking, although certain orders of a larger size, will ship the best economical solution.
Local:
We deliver locally Monday-Friday, noon-5pm. We are not able to schedule a specific time at this juncture. Packages are ready to give, with no pricing attached. We will leave packages in the mailbox when applicable, or at the front door. For items over $200 a signature may be required. Once delivered, confirmation will be shared via email.
RETURNS:
Goods, not including custom items, may be returned within 10 days from date received. Custom goods may not be returned.
CARE:
Sterling silver will oxidize in air and with some skin types. This is a normal process and nothing to be alarmed by. A polishing cloth will remove the tarnish.
We strongly recommend pearls, opals- soft stones, sterling silver and gold not be worn with exposure to chemicals such as a hot tub, pool, cleaning and so forth.
